Michael (Mike) - 7th Woking
As well as the obvious things like the amazing scenery and the once in a lifetime opportunity, I am really looking forward to meeting the people at the Jamboree and seeing what it is that makes it such a phenomenon. At the end of it all I hope that I can look back and see what an amazing journey it really was, from the selection, to the Jamboree itself. A bit about meI am currently studying for my GCSE's at Winston Churchill School, St. John's. When I am not studying or scouting then music and archery are my favourite ways to relax. I listen to a wide range of music, particularly rock and metal. As for the archery, I have been shooting for a number of years, sometimes it feels too long... but nevertheless I really enjoy it. Any free time I have left is usually spent with my mates, helping out within scouting, or online. I try and help out, and I would like to think that I am willing to try anything once. My target through scouting is to make a difference. My Scouting CVFormerly a member of 1st Old Woking I am now a member of 7th Woking Scout Group Cub Scout - 1994 to 1996 - Became a Sixer.
